Marinate the steak:
Combine olive oil, garlic, spices, lime juice, salt & pepper. Coat steak, marinate 15–30 minutes at room temperature (or up to 2 hours in the fridge). -

Grill the steak:
Preheat grill to medium-high. Grill steak 4–5 minutes per side (for medium‑rare). Remove, rest 5–10 minutes, then thinly slice against the grain. -
